Since 2013, Steelite International has proudly sponsored a special culinary innovation dinner as part of our annual Horizons event. MKA’s partnership with Steelite honors our long-standing association and we recognize their leadership in the foodservice and retail industries.

In 2025, our awards dinner will take place at “The Mezz” within Stock Hill Steakhouse, embracing the theme: “The Santa Fe Trail - Kansas City, Where East Meets West.” This theme highlights the historic connection between Kansas City, the trail's starting point, and Santa Fe, its final destination.

This year’s dinner will showcase an exceptional group of chefs, each bringing unique experiences and a modern touch to their craft. At Horizons, we seek to spotlight both established and emerging talent, giving them a platform to showcase their artistry. For these chefs, it’s an opportunity to reflect their personal philosophies and share their journeys as they push toward new Culinary Horizons.
